Kevin, I wanted to thank you for all you hard work and coaching of my son Jack last winter. As you know Jack plays high school rugby and is an offensive lineman and linebacker. He is not your prototypical sprinter or track star. Far from it. He has the heart of a lion and a good athlete but his running mechanics and form needed a lot of help. In just four training sessions with you, his running form and mechanics all came together. He made sure he incorporated your coaching tips when he practiced and worked out and his quickness and speed dramatically improved. He would come home from practice and tell me how much faster he was and felt. I asked him multiple times if Kevin's tips helped him and he always answered, "absolutely". Last spring he played every second of all his rugby games and was much faster getting to tackles and the proper position on the field. He was also fortunate to be a two way starter on the varsity football team this fall. His quickness off the line and speed at linebacker was greatly improved. Working with Kevin Morning was a wonderful experience. His knowledge of the sport is only super-ceded by his passion and love for helping others achieve their goal. Coach Morning was able to take myself, an average high school athlete, and use his expertise to properly harness my speed and give me the opportunity to run at the national prep level and give me the exposure I needed to be noticed and eventually receive my college scholarship.
